Most financial advice in Switzerland is paid for by the products it recommends. The advisor is free, the commission is not. innoVorsorge is built the other way around: clients pay a fee, and nobody else does.
innovorsorge.chWhat we do
Pension planning, investment advice, mortgages, budgeting and the structuring that ties them together – for private clients, from the earning years through to retirement.
The part that makes it different is the payment model. Commission-based advice is not dishonest by default, it is biased by construction: when one product pays and another does not, the recommendation drifts. Fee-only removes the mechanism instead of appealing to good intentions.
My part
Two things. I advise clients – that is the actual product, and it is where the finance background from seven years in banking does the work.
And I build the systems behind it: the client portal that carries a mandate from preparation through consultation to hand-over, the internal operations layer, and the calculators on the public site. A pension test that weighs capital against annuity. A policy check that splits an insurance premium into its risk and savings parts and says plainly whether the policy is worth keeping. They compute something real, and they say so when the answer is inconvenient.
Why AI is key here
Not in the advice. In the operations. Independent advice only works if it is affordable to produce, and what makes it expensive is not the thinking – it is everything around it.
So the assistant we run is an agent with write access to our own systems: it finds and creates contacts, writes notes, drafts quotes, opens leads. Next to it runs transcription on our own infrastructure, so an advisor can dictate a client note in Swiss German and have it land as a structured record. The audio is transcribed and deleted in the same request – nothing is stored anywhere. That was a data-protection decision before it was a technical one.
That is the honest scope of AI here. It advises nobody. It removes the twenty minutes of typing after every conversation, and those twenty minutes are what independent advice has to earn back.
